Handheld Bolsters Management Team

Handheld Group today announced the appointment of Mike Zelman as new Vice President of Business Development.

Swedish based Handheld Group, a global supplier of rugged mobile computers, has appointed Mike Zelman as their new Vice President of Business Development as the company seeks to continue building a world class organisation and position the company for further international growth. In this newly created role Mike will lead Handheld´s worldwide business development efforts and work with larger worldwide clients and with clients that require customized solutions.

Mike has a broad experience in worldwide organizations and has worked in Marketing & Business Development positions throughout his career. Most recently Mike was Vice President of Marketing for Merix Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. Mike has also direct industry experience from his previous role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Tripod Data Systems.

Mike will start his employment with Handheld on the 5th of July and will be based in Portland, OR, USA.
