AED-SICAD's GIS Portal version 3.2 based on ArcIMS 9.1/9.2 has been released for sales.
GIS Portal, the basis for all branch-specific Internet solutions by AED-SICAD, contains important new functionalities, like for example a statistics element, which allows querying and evaluation of different user statistics via the protocol options of the URM. Another highlight is the possibility of plotting all overlaying data layers visible in the map section (based on WMPS 6.2.1).
Among others, the following functions are available:
* Evaluation of protocol/statistics function
* Complete overlaying plotting of all data layers
* Enhancement of the options to be configured user-specifically (plan types, toolbar, plot layouts)
* Status (map section and layer combination) can be stored in individual bookmarks.
* Display of possible visible scale as tooltip in data layer
Version 3.0 has been removed for sales. Maintenance ends by end of January 2009.
