Fugro has acquired from Arcadis the assets of the international aerial survey business which formerly traded under the name ‘KLM – Aerocarto’. The assets involved include two survey aircraft, various sensors and other related equipment.
As part of the transaction Fugro and Arcadis have also entered into a cooperation agreement under which Fugro will provide Arcadis with Aerial Imagery and LiDAR services.
