Free ERDAS APOLLO Image Manager Webinar

Norcross, GA – ERDAS announces Managing Your Massive Amounts of Data Just Got Easier, a free webinar on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, highlighting ERDAS APOLLO Image Manager. This webinar addresses an organization’s need to securely and interoperably deliver GIS ready image products to desktop and web client applications.

Recently released, ERDAS APOLLO Image Manger 2009, Version 9.3.2 features a number of enhancements that help users efficiently manage their organization’s massive amounts of raster and terrain data. ERDAS APOLLO Image Manager provides tools to create a highly organized and secure data model from heterogeneous gridded data archive. This enables end users to securely search, discover, map and download multiple seamless aggregates of gridded data utilizing OGC Web Services (WMS, WCS, CS-W).

Each month, ERDAS is offering at least two different webinar topics. In addition to a live presentation and demonstration, each webinar also includes the opportunity for customers to interact directly with the presenter. Scheduled to last forty-five minutes, each webinar will include approximately thirty minutes of presented material and fifteen minutes for Q&A.
