FortiusOne Mapping Haiti Quake Effects and Relief

As part of our effort to contribute to the humanitarian efforts in Haiti after the past week's disastrous earthquake and to spread awareness of the current situation there, we at Fortius One have put together a news dashboard with the latest volunteered and official source data. We are actively working with other communities such as OpenStreetMap and CrisisCommons, which are gathering additional data and maps that can be used to share with responders and agencies working to organize and provide relief efforts.

Also, look for FortiusOne on ABC 7 news tonight in the 5pm news hour with Natasha Barrett and on WUSA 9 at 6pm with Andrea McCarren as we work to encourage others to contribute to the cause.
