FIG Working Week - Stockholm - 14-19 June 2008

We want to remind you about some very important deadlines for registration to the upcoming FIG Working Week in Stockholm, Sweden from 14 to 19 June 2008.

Important Dates:

28 March 2008 - Deadline for early (discounted) registration
14 April 2008 - Deadline for submission of full papers for publishing
30 April 2008 - Deadline for normal registration
1 May - Registration after 30 April is at increased fees
13-14 June 2008 - Pre-Conference Workshop on History of Surveying and Measurement
14-19 June 2008 - FIG Working Week

Send full papers by e-mail to fig@fig.net observing the guidelines and templates for submission:

Please note the deadline for Early Bird (discounted registration to the Working Week. Until 28 March the registration fee is SEK 4,900.- (approx EUR 526.-)

Normal Registration Fee (not discounted) after the 28 March and until 30 April is SEK 6,500 (approx EUR 700.-). After 30 April the fee is SEK 8,000 (approx EUR 860.-)

Please make sure to book your accommodation at the same time. Booking of hotels should be made direct with the many hotels around the Conference Centre using the booking forms available at the Conference Website http://www.fig.net/fig2008 (see under “accommodation” and scroll down to the forms at the bottom). The organizers have negotiated discounted prices with these hotels if you are using the forms provided.
