FIG publishes each month a paper called the Article of the Month. This is a high-level paper focusing on interesting topics to all surveyors. It can be picked up from an FIG conference or another event. The Article of the Month in July 2008 is written by Mr. Cemal Özgür Kivilcim from Turkey and Ms. Chris McAlister from Australia. Their paper “A Model for Integrating Generations - Young Surveyors Working Group” was prepared and presented as part of the Young Surveyors Working Group programme at the FIG Working Week in Stockholm, Sweden, 14-19 June 2008.
