The Article of the Month in April 2010 was "Spatially Enabled Government in New South Wales, Australia". It is written by Warwick Watkins AM and Dr. Pedro Harris from Australia. This paper is based on the keynote presentation of Warwick Watkins, Surveyor General of New South Wales, which was presented at the 2nd plenary session on Spatially Enabled Society at the FIG Congress 2010 in Sydney.
