FIG Article of the Month – December 2008

On the FIG web site we publish each month a paper called the Article of the Month. This is a high-level paper focusing on interesting topics to all surveyors. It can be picked up from an FIG conference or another event. The Article of the Month in December 2008 is written by Mr. Willi Zimmermann from Germany. His paper “Effective and Transparent Management of Public Land” is an updated version of the paper that has been presented at the FIG/FAO/CNG International Seminar on State and Public Land Management in Verona, Italy, 9-10 September 2008.
