Enhanced Version of the Landsat TerraColor® Mosaic

TerraColor® PLUS is a seamless, simulated natural color satellite imagery dataset covering the entire earth developed by Earthstar Geographics LLC. Originally released in 2005, the product has undergone continual enhancements and upgrades that make it the premier 15-meter resolution global dataset available today. Some of the improvements over the previous edition of TerraColor® include:
* Polar coverage has been added including full coverage of Antarctica
* Significant upgrades to original source imagery on over 100 geographic areas
* Areas of problematic cloud cover or low quality imagery have been patched using alternate scenes
* Additional coverage of previously absent island areas
The TerraColor® PLUS product is available for purchase by the 5° x 5° Tile in either ECW or Jpeg2000 format. Please contact East View Cartographic for additional information, samples or quote requests.
