ERDAS Highlighting New Product Release at INTERGEO

Norcross, GA — ERDAS, the Earth to Business Company, will preview its 2009 annual release at INTERGEO, September 30 – October 2, 2008 at the Congress Center Bremen in Bremen, Germany.

ERDAS is exhibiting in Hall 5 Booth 5.518 as part of the Hexagon Group, Sweden. Attendees will be able to see new products, as well as the latest versions of existing ERDAS solutions. ERDAS is highlighting ERDAS IMAGINE 9.3, LPS 9.3, IMAGINE Objective, ERDAS APOLLO 2009, ERDAS TITAN 2009 and ERDAS Image Web Server. On October 2 at 2 p.m., Thomas Bayer, Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, ERDAS, will present “ERDAS APOLLO – The New Geospatial Business System” in the Focus Park, International Forum.

ERDAS IMAGINE and LPS are the industry’s leading and most complete collection of software tools designed to manipulate, process and understand imagery and streamline numerous photogrammetry processes. IMAGINE Objective is a new tool providing object-based multi-scale image classification and feature extraction capabilities for building and maintaining accurate geospatial content.

ERDAS APOLLO 2009 is a new generation Geospatial Business System that eliminates the walls between GIS, photogrammetry and remote sensing, extending geospatial data to business applications throughout an organization. ERDAS APOLLO solves the business problems associated with managing and serving large volumes of geospatial data located and distributed across an organization. ERDAS APOLLO simplifies the utilization of vector, raster and terrain data. Supporting numerous geospatial data formats, ERDAS APOLLO seamlessly integrates with existing GIS environments and business applications. ERDAS APOLLO leverages existing business systems, including the Oracle database for persisting intelligent metadata and application specific information.

ERDAS TITAN 2009 is a data sharing tool for publishing, searching and retrieving geospatial information across organizations and end users. ERDAS Image Web Server is the fastest image server on the planet, simplifying the process of delivering and consuming data.
