Dassault Systèmes Hires Peter Bambridge for NEMEA

Velizy, Paris, May 26, 2010 – Dassault Systèmes (DS), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, has announced that Peter Bambridge has been appointed Client Executive CG CPG and Retail to Dassault Systèmes’ Northern EMEA organization. Bambridge joins Dassault Systèmes after almost 3 years as Research Director at Gartner Inc covering PLM and Sourcing in the consumer goods and retail sectors and more than 20 years of developing and delivering innovative enterprise solutions for retail and consumer goods customers through progressive leadership positions in solution sales, business development and regional management.

In his new position, Bambridge will be responsible for managing and driving growth of the Northern EMEA business focused upon the consumer goods, consumer packaged goods and retail industry for Dassault Systèmes.

Previously, Bambridge served as vice president of Freeborder’s PLM and outsourcing business in EMEA (prior to it’s sale to Lawson). He earlier played critical roles in solving the business problems of retailers and manufacturers with a variety of software and services providers including Oracle, Intactix, i2 Technologies, G4 Analytics and Deloitte Consulting.
