DHV Joins Bentley Enterprise License Subscription

LONDON – BE Conference Europe – 11 June 2007 – Bentley Systems, Incorporated today announced that DHV, a leading international consultancy and engineering group providing services and sustainable solutions in the fields of transportation, water, building and manufacturing, and spatial planning and the environment, has joined Bentley’s Enterprise License Subscription (ELS) program.

DHV CTO Jolanta Kulicki said, “DHV has seven key values that guide our more than 4000 socially committed professionals in taking responsibility, making choices, and addressing stakeholders’ questions: integrity, top expertise, respect and trust, loyalty, initiative, customer focus, and results orientation. Our new ELS agreement will directly support the latter three of these values by providing us with innovative technology to deliver quality products that better serve our clients’ needs.

“Increasingly, our clients and their projects are located all around the world, and our goal is to continue to grow our business in new and emerging markets. The flexibility of our ELS facilitates this, enabling us to focus more on what we do best – consultancy and engineering.”

The Bentley ELS program grants organizations unlimited access to the entire ELS software portfolio for a fixed annual fee. The portfolio covers all the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) and geospatial software needs of subscribers, providing building, plant, civil, and geospatial solutions and supporting a managed environment for their AEC and geospatial IT.

The total coverage at a fixed, discounted price means that organizations can increase their software productivity and reduce their total AEC and geospatial software costs simultaneously. The unlimited access streamlines AEC and geospatial software administration while the annual term simplifies budgeting and accounting.

Immediately, the Bentley ELS will give DHV a quick, cost-effective way to offer its clients creative technical alternatives and solutions for all projects.

As a strategic benefit, the Bentley ELS helps organizations such as DHV become more agile. Project starts can happen faster and teams can reconfigure more quickly for new opportunities. No-charge pilots allow new technology to be infused into projects more readily. ELS agreements can include partners, extending the agility and multiplying the benefits in global projects.
