The 27th plenary of CEN/TC 287 Geographic information will be held in Malta 15th-16th September 2010. Invitation to this meeting is ONLY through CEN member countries, National standards bodies or official liaison organizations to CEN/TC 287.
Best Practice workshop will be held in Malta on 14th September 2010. This will give projects the opportunity to showcase their results. CEN/TC 287, in partnership with the European Commission Joint Research Centre (DG JRC) are considering a "Best Practice" technical report on important deliverables from European funded projects. Space will also be made available on this website to expose some of the work being done in the geospatial arena.
Two other Best practice documents are being considered for Education and training and National Spatial Data Infrastructures (NSDIs). More information will be available soon.
