Blom has signed a World Bank funded service contract with Uprava za nekretnine (Cadastral Agency of Montenegro) for the registration of real estate property and cadastral mapping of 39 cadastral units in Montenegro. The project will be completed during an 18-months period.
The objective of the project is to create a real estate cadastre of 39 cadastral units in the northern part of Montenegro in the municipalities of Mojkovac, Andrejevica and Berane. The services include compiling existing documents, a public information campaign, aerial photography, surveying and mapping as well as revision of documents in the field, creation of cadastre maps and real estate property registers, land classification and public display.
Signing of this important contract is another step to confirm Blom's strong position in cadastral domain in South-Eastern Europe", says Dirk Blaauw, CEO Blom.
