Belgium comes into focus!

Belgium comes into focus!

As of now people can see the clearest and most detailed aerial imagery of Belgium yet on Google Earth/Maps!

On August 2nd, Google Inc. published new sharper aerial photographs of the whole of Belgium to its well-known Internet applications Google Earth and Maps.

Aerodata International Surveys set a precedent since Belgium was never before photographed in a single season and this precedent still remains.

This unique dataset is comprised of digital aerial imagery acquired in the spring of 2007 and was processed into a map-accurate, seamless 40cm GSD aerial photo mosaic.

These images are owned by Aero International Data Surveys.

The aerial imagery can be viewed and purchased (with direct download) in Aerodata’s web shop www.aerogrid.be (consumers) and www.aerogrid.-pro.be (businesses).
