SAN RAFAEL, Calif., August 14, 2008 - Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today reported revenue of $620 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2009, an increase of 18 percent over the second quarter of fiscal 2008. GAAP diluted earnings per share in the second quarter increased 3 percent to $0.39, compared to $0.38 per diluted share in the second quarter last year. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share in the second quarter increased 27 percent to $0.56, compared to $0.44 per
diluted share in the second quarter last year. A reconciliation between GAAP and non-GAAP results is provided at the end of this press release.
