Imagina 2012
In 25 years, imagina has become the largest event in Europe about digital 3D technologies for industry applications. It brings each year more than 800 companies from 36 countries to cover main industries with high innovation demand in 3D digital technologies such as Urbanism, Architecture, Territory Planning, Health, Dentistery, Transportation, Construction. imagina 2012 aims to fuel discussion on this topic – discussion into technological innovation, promoting simulation and virtual reality technologies, showcasing pioneering initiatives and encouraging the sharing of real-life examples and knowledge and skills that relate to their implementation. The UKOUG Oracle Spatial SIG provides a focal point for existing and potential users of Oracle Spatial and Oracle Locator throughout the UK and Ireland. Held in Oracle City Office, London, this is not a SIG to be missed. Providing a healthy mix of both technical and business-oriented presentations, the SIG is an excellent way to find out the latest developments in Oracle Spatial, learn new techniques, share experiences and make new contacts. The agenda is now finalised (see website for further details) and is set to contain some great presentations from organisations such as Crossrail, The National Trust and the Technical University of Berlin.
