1) Mechanical details

Bleed must extend at least 3mm beyond trim edge on all sides

If you are supplying final artwork as a PDF you will need to ensure that you incorporate 3mm bleed and crop marks within the PDF.

2) Artwork format

Please supply all artwork as either:

• An illustrator EPS file with all graphics and fonts embedded.
• A QuarkXpress for Apple Macintosh file plus relevant fonts and graphics.
• An eps file created in a programme other than QuarkXpress plus relevant fonts and graphics.

3) Supply of artwork

Please supply a high quality digital colour proof with all artwork – Iris, Rainbow or high quality colour laser proofs are acceptable. Please sign the back of the proof to verify that it is an acceptable rendering of the artwork you are submitting. GEO:connexion cannot accept PDFs in place of colour proofs as these may not be an accurate representation of colour.

Please note: GEO:connexion will not be able to accept artwork submitted in any formats other than those named in point 2) above. Supply of artwork in the correct format with required Apple Macintosh compatible fonts, graphics, print quality resolution images and a signed digital colour proof is the responsibility of the advertiser and unless these criteria are fulfilled advertisements may not appear correctly in print.

Files cannot be accepted in the following programmes:

• Microsoft Word
• Corel Draw
• Microsoft Publisher
• Adobe Pagemaker
• Any PC applications

Files can be supplied using:

• CDs / DVDs
• Files cannot be accepted if supplied on optical or Jazz disks.
